….. and, to play our part, we are running this webinar. Liberated from the back of cupboard, Sherry hasn’t just shed its dowdy image, it’s now positively fashionable with a growing army of fans across all age groups. Aficionada, Pippa Hayward will explain how the different styles of dry Sherry – Manzanilla, Fino, Amontilado, Oloroso, Palo Cortado – are made and talk about some of the great pinchos/tapas that are traditionally served alongside them.
Tutor: Pippa Hayward with Sandy Leckie.
Availability: Good
Wine Suggestions: A Fino and a Palo Cortado.
From the Wine Society – Romate Fino Perdido, £8.50 and Cayetano del Pino Palo Cortado, £16.00
