In Romania, as in other countries of south-eastern Europe, the return of vineyards to the private sector has stimulated the modernisation of the wine industry.  A new wave of talented young winemakers is now producing wines that are finding favour with consumers in northern Europe.  Vivienne and Malcolm, who have recently been to Romania, have selected the following wines for you to taste:-
